Delivery Policy
At Elizabeth's Floral Boutique, we are committed to ensuring that your floral arrangements are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner.

Next Day Delivery: We offer next day delivery for orders placed before 12 pm Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be delivered on the next business day. Next day delivery is available for all orders within a 10-20 mile radius of our store location.

Scheduled Deliveries: We also offer scheduled deliveries for customers who need their floral arrangements delivered on a specific date and time.
​
Shipping Restrictions: We currently only deliver within the United States. We do not offer international Deliveries at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy
No Returns Policy:

We take pride in providing the highest quality floral arrangements and products to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any orders.

Once an order has been placed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or returned. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to address your concerns and find a solution that meets your needs.

Please note that if there was an error on our part in fulfilling your order, such as a mistake in the type of arrangement or delivery date, we will do everything we can to correct the mistake and ensure your satisfaction.
